Who runs it
Luis Zadra holds the eenmanszaak and is the contracting party.
Joshua Clercx co-founded Noetra and works on every engagement as an independent contractor, which makes him an Article 28 sub-processor. He is the only person on the sub-processor annex of Noetra's data processing agreements, and the rest of the annex is infrastructure. He is also responsible for the content of this website.
Regulated activity
Noetra provides data analysis and reporting services, including revenue audits: a comparison of a client's records with a standard the client signs. The activity needs no authorisation and is not a regulated profession. Noetra is not a registered auditor (bedrijfsrevisor), carries out no statutory audit and gives no assurance opinion. Noetra does not provide legal or tax advice, and does not present itself as doing so.
Dispute resolution
Noetra subscribes to no code of conduct and takes part in no alternative dispute resolution scheme. Its services are supplied business to business.
